Oh how I love to dress up in Fall, and Winter for that matter! It’s supposedly sweater and boots weather but since I live in Scottsdale, AZ, having the right heat-friendly pieces is essential to be in for the season.
The high today was 102 degrees, and at 9pm after Monday Night Football (Go Bears!) it was still 93 degrees. Phew! No complaints from me though, because this is one place where we tee off and hit aces all year round, that means twilight golf and tennis during summer nights =)
Going back to sweater styling in the desert, this is how I would roll, check out my "no sweat" ensemble below! And what’s with me and zigzag patterns these days?
For warm climates of 3-digit day temps, I would pair up a cozy knit sleeveless sweater layered on my tank top with denim shorts and flat heel boots. We do not really have Autumn here in the valley, so I wear earthy harvest colors to get that feel.
